Food:

In an Ayurveda Retreat, you will be provided with Satvik vegetarian meals to help you get maximum benefits from this program. The food is provided basis Ayurveda principles that helps you relax and rejuvenate from within.

Yoga:

In a Yoga Retreat, you will typically practice four arms of Yoga: Bhakti Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Karma Yoga and Raj Yoga to help you relax and rejuvenate. Pranayam is practiced to help you relax and rejuvenate.

In a Wellness Retreat, you also practice Yoga Nidra Session under the guidance of experts.

Yoga Nidra Session - Yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed and one becomes increasingly aware of the inner world.

Meditation:

Group Meditation / Group Chanting / Kirtan

Ayurveda:

Abhyangam - Special types of oil massage in which strokes are given corresponding to the diseases. Most effective if practised for 45 minutes per day for 14 days. This treatment is very useful for overall relaxation and also helps in Obesity or Diabetic gangrene etc.

Rejuvenation massages – In an Ayurveda Retreat, you will undergo various kinds of rejuvenation massages including Balinese Massage, Swedish Massage, Thai Massage and Aromatherapy. These massages are done by trained Ayurveda masseur or masseuse.
