Ayurvedic methods:
NjavaraKizhi - Potlis (pouches) containing Njavara (a rice with healing properties) and types of oil are used to massage all over the body. Beneficial for healthy skin, strengthening muscles, reducing stress, arthritis and relieving arthritis symptoms.
De-Tan / Scrub – A deep exfoliating scrub of Nalpamaradi Kashayam (Turmeric extract) followed by a nourishing full body de-tan. Ingredients such as sandalwood, green gram and potato juice are used in this procedure.
Protein Hair Pack - Hair massage with lukewarm coconut milk followed by a pack of whole egg, coconut oil and yogurt. The hair is then washed, cleaned and dried and lastly Rasnadi Choornam is applied to relieve heaviness of head.
Mukhalepam - This is a herbal face pack with specially made herbal powder and cream. This Prevents and avoids wrinkles and improves the skin tone.This is also good for the eyes.
Medicated Steam Bath - Certain precious herbal leaves and herbs and the steam is passed to the whole body for 10 to 20 minutes. This treatment is good for certain skin disease, eliminate impurities from the body, to improve the tone of the body, to reduce fat etc.
Turkish Hammam - Turkish Baths or 'Hammams' as they are commonly referred to, are popular all around the world. The Turkish Hammam therapy combines a cleansing and relaxing ritual, followed by the Hararet or steam room. Hammam therapy revitalises and rehydrates the skin, improves metabolism while releasing tension from the body. Enables relaxation and helps in lowering cortisol levels. Helps in cleansing the body. Improves blood circulation and aids healing while also reducing water retention and helping you detoxify. The exfoliation technique ensures that dead skin cells are removed and the body feels lighter than ever before
Colon Hydrotherapy - An unhealthy colon can lead to disease and disorders and should be cleared on regular intervals. Colon Hydrotherapy or colonic irrigation uses water and other medicines to wash off all the toxins from the large bowel. The water is released in the colon, retained for a couple of minutes and then flushed out of the body. The process is repeated until the toxins are removed from the bowel completely. Improves the overall wellbeing of the body.
