Sri Lanka and Singapore Combo Package

Day - 1: Kandy. Airport – Pinnawala – Kandy

• Arrive in Sri Lanka. You will be met by our representatives and transferred to Kandy.

• Enroute to your destination, you can visit one of the most important tourist attractions in Sri Lanka, the Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage. Volunteers and caretakers provide shelter and take care of orphaned, abandoned and injured elephants within the park. You can watch caretakers feed, bathe and help these gentle giants. You want walk with the herd to the nearby river to watch the elephants bathe and play around in water.  

• Lying amidst the hills, Kandy is the last capital of the ancient kings of Sri Lanka. While being the second largest city in Sri Lanka it is also famous for its immense beauty and is named as one of the seven UNESCO declared World Heritage sites in the country. With its luxuriant prairie, picturesque lake, longest river of the country and misty mountains, Kandy successfully mesmerizes every visitor unsurprisingly.

• City Tour: While on your city tour you will visit one of the world heritages as well as a sacred place for the Buddhists all over the world; namely the Temple of the Tooth Relic known to the Sri Lankans as Dalada Maligawa. 

• Peradeniya Botanical Garden is a paradise for nature lovers. This beautiful flower Eden is restored with over 300 different varieties of orchids, other spices, medicinal plants and Palm trees. Every year more than 1.2 million people are enchanted by the beauty of these 147 acre flower gardens. 

• The real evidence of the richness will be affirmed by your visit to the Gem Museum. Sri Lanka produces the finest quality of gems in the world. Semi-precious gems, the sapphires of Sri Lanka, which are very exclusive and comes in shades of blue, red, green, white etc.

• In the evening you will witness a Traditional Cultural Dance Show.

Day – 2: Kandy - Bentota

• Enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel.

• Bentota is the city of the Golden Beaches. You will be able to relax and feel the spirit of the sea and the warmth of the soft sand.

• The day is divided in between swimming in the water and bathing in the sun. Bentota provides the perfect turf for unfurled vacation at the beach. While enjoying the sun, sea and sand the water sports lovers can enroll themselves in various water sports bringing in the unique pleasure of this locale.

• City tour: On your city tour you will enjoy a boat ride along the Madhu River. It is a scenic tour relaxing and interesting while passing many islets forested with mangroves and experience the natural rhythms as well.

• The Turtle Hatchery is the prime turtle nesting site which was open by the Wild life Protection Society in 1981.Visitors can see huge tanks filled with new born turtle hatchlings. After being fed, the baby turtles are taken to the sea and released when they are 2-4 days old, usually during the safer hours of darkness. 

• Overnight stay in Bentota.

Day – 3: Bentota - Colombo

• Enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel.

• Colombo is the largest city and commercial capital of Sri Lanka. Located on the west coast, it is a busy and vibrant city with a mixture of modern and colonial impressions. Colombo has wildly varying architecture that span centuries and depict various styles. Many colonial buildings influenced by the Portuguese, Dutch and British exist alongside structures built in Buddhist, Hindu, Islamic, Indian and Contemporary architectural styles. No other place is this more evident in the heart of the city the Fort area. Colombo also boasts many shopping malls and department stores that offer brand name clothing at highly discounted prices. Therefore, it has become an important shopping destination among tourists.

• City Tour: While on your city tour in Colombo you may visit famous places including Galle Face Green, the Viharamahadevi Park, National Museum, Twin World Trade Center towers, Old Parliament Building, Fort district, Independence Hall at Independence Square, and prominent Buddhist, Hindu, Islam and Christian places of worship.

• For shopping you may visit Odel, House of Fashion, Beverly Street, Majestic City, Noritake, etc.

• Overnight stay in Colombo

Day – 4: Colombo - Singapore

• Breakfast at the hotel.

• Post breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Singapore.

• After a wonderful flight, you will be transferred to your hotel in Singapore.

• Relax at the hotel and warm up. In the evening, start your experience of Singapore with Singapore Night Safari tour.When Night Safari opened in 1994, it became the world’s first safari park for nocturnal animals. Spanning 35 hectares of secondary forest, it is home to over 2,500 animals across 130 species - of which 38% are threatened. 

• A visit to the Night Safari is a journey into the wilderness. Designed to be explored on a 40-minute tram ride, visitors will be taken through seven geographical regions, from the Himalayan foothills to the jungles of Southeast Asia. Through engaging and exciting live commentary, guests will get a deeper understanding of the habitats of our nocturnal friends and hopefully, an appreciation for wildlife conservation.

Day – 5: Singapore Half Day City Tour

• Breakfast at the hotel.

• Discover multicultural Singapore on a 3.5-hour city sightseeing tour by coach. It’s a great introduction to the local history and contemporary lifestyle with highlights such as Little India, Chinatown and Merlion Park, located near the CBD on the banks of the Singapore River. You’ll visit the Singapore Botanic Gardens within the National Orchid Garden and hear commentary from an insightful guide. At the end of the tour, you will be dropped back to the hotel.

• Overnight stay in Singapore.

Day – 6: Half Day Sentosa Island Tour (One way Cable car + Island Admission + Sky and Luge Ride + Wings of time)

• Breakfast at the hotel.

• This half day tour of Sentosa Island begins when you are picked up at your hotel, First, ride the Singapore Cable Car from Faber Peak Singapore, which gives fantastic views over one of the world's busiest harbors. Your next stop is the Tiger Sky Tower, which allows views over the Southern Islands of Singapore as it slowly rotates 50 stories in the air. Both daytime and nighttime visits make for great photo opportunities. Hop on the Skyride for a 1,050-foot (320-meter) ride through the treetops. Finish off your day with the Wings of Time night show, featuring music, water, laser, and fire effects. Then, return to your original departure location for your return journey back to hotel.

Day – 7: Singapore - Airport

• Breakfast at the hotel.

• After a wonderful journey, it is now time to bid adieu to the beautiful Asian Cities.
