What is included in the treatment
The Wellness Program can be customized to achieve a specific health goal like Relax and Rejuvenation, De-Stress / Strain Buster , Anti - Ageing or Overall Wellness. The common inclusions for all programs are given below:
- Daily Wake up drink in the morning.
- Accommodation for 7 nights or more as per the chosen package and room category
- Ayurvedic and Wellness Consultation on arrival (30 minutes).
- Prescribed fat loss diet for lunch and dinner along with herbs and fruit juices.
- Daily Yoga Sessions for 60 minutes.
- Approximately 90 minutes of prescribed Ayurveda Therapy per day (refer brief below).
- Daily pre-scheduled Wellness Moments at the retreat (e.g. Walking Meditation and Aum Chanting etc.).
- Cooking sessions on Wellness Cuisines.

Essence of Wellness Program : This program integrates Ayurveda with Oriental and European natural and healing practices. Indulge in the luxury of a fine selection of spa experience to manage stress, nurture the skin, enhance immunity, combat degenerative changes and slow down the ageing process.
Bone and Joint Care Program: This program offers long term benefits which include special treatments for neck pain, lower back and joint problems. The treatment includes traditional massages with herbal oils, medicinal herbs, intensive oil therapies, medicated baths and internal medication.
Stress and Strain Buster Program: An effective program for the release of daily stress and strain by calming the mood and relaxing the body & mind. The package includes traditional Ayurveda massages and therapies along with yoga and meditation practices to enhance the benefits of the program.
Relax and Rejuvenation Program: Rasayana therapy enhances the life force and immunity of a person by rejuvenating the cells and tissues in the body. The program includes conditioning oil massages, exfoliation and skin nourishing therapies, detox body therapies and revitalizing intensive oil therapies. This therapy is believed to arrest premature-aging by preventing degenerative changes and build on natural resistances against infection while improving metabolic processes, vitality, enhances immunity and nourishes skin.
