Treatment Plan

Day 1: Arrive at Delhi:

Reach New Delhi. After a long flight, claim your baggage and enjoy the grandeur of Delhi at the airport itself, being one of the biggest airports in the world.  Your friendly chauffeur will welcome you outside the airport and drive you to a relaxing farm stay to relax.Later in the day meet your tour manager who will brief you about the plan ahead.  Depending on your arrival timing, lunch will be arranged.
In early evening, we will start with a brief introduction about India over high tea and spend time getting to know our fellow travellers and the marvelous city of Delhi.  The day will end with a scrumptuous local dinner.

Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing:

Today, post breakfast, you will visit the famous heritage points of Delhi. We will first visit the Humayun Tomb built by Mughal Emperor Humayun's wife Bega Begum in Delhi in 1569-70. We will then head to the Qutub Minar,a soaring 73 metres UNESCO World Heritage site built by  Qutab-ud-din Aibak in 1193, immediately after the defeat of Delhi's last Hindu kingdom.  We will now have visit Iskon temple and have darshan of the Lord Krishna followed by a special heavenly treat the Govindam restaurant in the Iskcon temple premises. Let's proceed to Lotus temple now which is a Bahá'í House of Worship that was dedicated in December 1986. Let's now proceed to the grand and famous Akshardham temple in the early evening. Enjoy the boat ride their and after a moments of relaxation, let's now proceed for Dinner and enjoy the local cuisine. We will then head back for hotel and dream about the wonderful memories of the day.

Day 3: Delhi to Jaipur & Sightseeing:

Today, post breakfast, we will fly or drive to Jaipur, a UNESCO World Heritage city. Reach Jaipur and you will be transferred to the hotel. In the evening, visit the Amer Fort and enjoy the Light and sound show. Amer Fort, located 16 kms off Jaipur city centre,  was built in the 16th Century by Raja Man Singh and is one of the grandest and most famous Forts of India. The sprawling campus of the fort will mesmerize you with sheer beauty and charm, never seen before. We will head back to hotel and end our day with a wonderful local cuisine at the restaurant.

Day 4: Jaipur Sightseeing / drive to Agra:

Today,post breakfast, visit the City Palace. City Palace was established at the same time as the city of Jaipur, by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II , who moved his court from Amer to Jaipur in 1727. This royal palace is located in the centre of the city and hosts a big museum where you can cherish the remnants of the British rule in India.
Have free time for shopping. In early evening head for Agra by coach and check in to your hotel. We will now have a wonderful dinner at the hotel.

Day 5: Visit Taj Mahal / Agra Sightseeing:

Early morning, enjoy the beautiful Sunrise at Taj Mahal, one of the 7 wonders of the world, standing on the South bank of the Yamuna river. For the unintroduced, Taj Mahal was built by the order of Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in 1648 after around 17 years of toil by thousands of labourers cum artists. Head back to hotel for the breakfast. Relax during the day and in the evening we will take you for Kathak Dance Performance and Cooking Class.

Day 6: Drive to Delhi / Delhi Sightseeing:

Leave from Agra to Delhi and check into Heritage property in Chandni Chowk. Enjoy local lunch at an  authentic restaurant (paranthe wali gali/Haveli). In the evening, enjoy the Rikshaw ride in Chandni Chowk and visit Red Fort. Red Fort, another UNESCO World heritage site, was the main residence of the rulers of Delhi for centuries. Every year, on 15th August, the Prime minister of India hosts the national tricolour flag and delivers a speech from its rampants.

Day 7: Delhi to Rishikesh / Fresh breath at the Ganges:

Head for Rishikesh by Coach. Stay in a wonderful Ganga facing resort and breath in the fresh air of the place. In the evening, we will take you for the divine Aarti on the Triveni Ghat, revered by tourists the world over.

Day 8: Rishikesh Sightseeing:

Today, early morning, we will do a tranquillizing Yoga session to relieve you of stress and give you a fresh lease of energy. Post breakfast, we will take you for walking tour of Rishikesh and show you the Lakshman Jhula. We then proceed to the Vashistha Gufa and spend time in the peaceful abode of Rishi Vashisth who was the Guru of Lord Rama. We head back to Rishikesh and time for you to roam around this city on your own.

Day 9: Rishikesh to Agra / Visit Akshardham Temple Delhi:

Today, post breakfast, head back to Delhi by coach. See the famous Akshardham temple in the evening.

Day 10: Heart of Delhi:

Today we will take you to Gandhi Street, Parliament street / President House, India Gate, Jantar Mantar. In the evening, have free time for shopping at Connaught Place.Dinner at an authentic Indian restaurant and head back to hotel.

Day 11: Fly to Goa / Relax at the Beach:

Head for Goa by flight. Spend rest of the day basking in the sun at the nearby beach.

Day 12: South Goa and Spice plantation visit:

Today, we will take you for South Goa and Spice plantation tour. You will be picked up in the morning and taken to Bom Jesus of Basilica church old goa, St Cathedral church, Mangeshi temple, Shantadurga Temple, Dona Paula jetty and Miramar beach. During the day, we will also visit the one of the famous Spice plantation centers in Goa and spend time  in the midst of nature. We will learn from their expert guide about how spices are cultivated and grown and enjoy an authentic meal at lunch time. In the end, you also get time to buy some of those fresh spices and feni, a popular spirit in Goa made from Cashewnuts. 

Day 13: Shopping / leisure time:

Today, spend your day at leisure and enjoy shopping at many budget shops in Goa or party around at the beautiful beaches of Goa.

Day 14: Goa to Cochin (Kerala) / Cochin sightseeing:

Today, you will be transferred to the airport to board the flight for Cochin (Kerala) .Reach Cochin, and check in to a wondeful traditional hotel.  Early evening, we will take you for a walking city tour of Cochin and later come back to hotel to watch a stunning Kathakali (local dance performance) of Kerala.

Day 15: Cochin to Munnar / Eravikulam National Park (Rajmalai) :

Head for Munnar by coach.Reach Munnar, relax and later in the day, visit Eravikulam National park (Rajamalai).

Day 16: Munnar Sightseeing:

Today, you will visit the top peak of Munnar where you may see Nilgiri Tahr (mountain goats), Tea Museum, Mattupetty Dam, Eco-Point and Kundala Dam.

Day 17: Munnar to Thekkady / Sightseeing:

Head for Thekkady by coach. During the day, you will visit Green Park Ayurvedic and Spices Plantation, Chellarkovil view point and waterfall.

Day 18: Thekkady to Alleppey / Sightseeing:

Head for Alleppey by coach. Reach Alleppey, relax and later in the day, we will go for a house boat tour in the beautiful backwaters of Alleppey.

Day 19: Goodbye:

Transfer to Cochin airport by. Continue your India journey with add on tours of North East India or take your flight back home.
