Treatment for COPD : With Ayurveda

What causes lung Problems?

Respiratory diseases are the conditions pertaining to the disturbance in the function of respiratory tract starting from pre-nasal sinuses to alveoli. The respiratory system absorbs air from the environment, converts it to oxygen and distributes it in the blood stream.

While we think that bronchial problems are respiratory diseases, Ayurveda also looks at it from a gastrointestinal point of view. Poor digestion causes toxins to build up in the lung tissue, which can lead to inflammatory conditions of the bronchial passageways.

What this program aims to achieve?

The Ayurvedic Doctors uses various methods-external and internal, for treatment of bronchial diseases.
